Creamy Mashed Cauliflower

8 Servings
2# Cauliflower
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup RealMayonnaise
1/3 tsp Salt

6# Cauliflower
5 cloves Garlic
1 1/4 cup RealMayonnaise
1 1/4 tsp Salt

Ingredients

  1. Bring water to a boil.
  2. Add Cauliflower and garlic.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes or until tender, drain.
  4. In a food processor, process cauliflower, garlic, mayonnaise and salt until creamy.
  5. Season with pepper if desired.

Note: A bay leaf and or whole allspice may be addedto water to cook cauliflower for added flavor.
